I needed some mounts for LED channel in a 3030 cabinet I am working on and designed these. They hold the channel as press fit, and have a pass thru for wiring on the ends (pick whichever end needs is, and use the solid cap on the other.
These are meant to be printed in the orientation provided in the STL and 3MF files using supports under the bridges with a 180% offset from the walls. Printed in Prusament PETG, these should snap off cleanly with almost no effort at all.
When mounted in the cabinet, these point at an angle of 30 degrees off perpendicular; perfect for cabinets / shelves that are deeper than they are wide. These have a guide rail for 3030 t-slot extrusion and will work with either m5 or m6 bolts and t-nuts.
