This is a pencil cup for office organization, it holds a anything solid you can fit inside, liquids do not apply, and should hold about 2 small mugs worth of pens, pencils, markers, and a pair of scissors, or at least that's what it's replacing on my desk!
Should print fine without supports if you're printing with dry, calibrated filament. I printed mine with PLA.
