My chain kept falling off at mild terrain, but also at races and thats just unacceptable.
The original chainguide is unusable and not working, chain falls right thru it.
THIS SOLVES IT!
This chain guide prevents your chain from falling from the idler properly and completely. Basicaly impossible to remove the chain without taking the guide off, and thats what we want.
I designed this my self in cad and it took me about 3 days to dial it.
The chain guide even thru its super strick tolerances is easy to print and was made even with frame flex tolerances in mind with huge reserves. (about 10mm of travel extra would still work)
Print settings:
Filament: I recomend using carbon petg or any other similar carbon filament, BUT plain old PETG is fine.
Infill 100%
Supports everywhere and use a skirt / brim (not raft)
