Create your own custom candles with this robust, two-part 100x38mm cylindrical candle mold. The design includes dedicated alignment slots and heavy-duty clamps to keep the mold tightly sealed during the pouring process, preventing wax leakage.
⚙ Recommended Print Settings
For the Mold Parts:
Material: PETG (highly recommended for chemical and temperature resistance)
Perimeters/Walls: 3 walls
Infill: 15% Cubic
Supports: Not require
For the Clamps:
Material: PETG or PLA
Perimeters/Walls: 4 walls (for extra clamping tension)
Infill: 20% Gyroid
🕯 How to Use & Demolding Tips
Crucial Step: Apply a thin layer of silicone oil inside the mold as a release agent. This ensures a smooth finish and effortless demolding.
Thread your wick through the center, seal the bottom wick hole if necessary.
Assemble the two mold halves and secure them tightly using the printed clamps.
Let the wax cool down or heat up until it reaches your target pouring temperature of 60°C – 70°C. Slowly pour the liquid wax into the prepared PETG mold
Let the wax cool completely before removing the clamps and gently separating the halves.
