This is a dial guard for the Baofeng G11S GMRS hand held radio.
Print as oriented. I printed in TPU with default settings and glued in place with thick/gap filling super glue.
This is designed to have space for gloves as well to actuate the dial without exposing it too much.
I used a pencil to mark where the edges of the guard end up so I could put the thick glue on the radio then put the guard in place. Don't go nuts with the glue so much it ends up in the dial. :)
Put in front of a fan while drying for 4+ hours. This air movement helps minimize the white CA vapor marks which can be left behind on the surface as the glue dries.
