This is a powerful passive 50W Subwoofer which uses the well known Dayton Audio TCP115-4 4" driver. It is mostly 3D printed and has an airflow optimized bass reflex port. The concrete Filled double wall provides a heavy structure for clean bass output. It is tuned to ~60Hz, but it is easily capable of going down to ~40Hz or lower.
And the best part? It only costs around 25€ to make!

Note:

  • The parts should be printed with 6 walls and at least 30% Gyroid infill

  • If you don't want to use the Binding Post Terminal, you can use the 3D printed wire outlet (like I did)

  • If you want to print the nice hexagon pattern in a second color, you can paint them with the bucket fill tool

  • Make sure you have a suitable Amplifier for the Subwoofer!

The Assembly Guide is in the Files Section!
