I run my Ibanez PTEQ pedal as an always on pedal so it does not live on my pedal board. This case and lid were designed to make it where I can throw it into a bag for transport and not have to worry about the knobs being messed up. I left the back mostly open so it doesn't even need to be removed to plug it in and I put some ventilation holes in the case so it doesn't get too hot.
The lid is a little looser than I wanted, but it works. It would probably stay on just fine when being carried in my backpack, but I slap a rubber band on it one the lid is on for good measure. I also added some cork to the inside of the lid to provide some padding between the top of the knobs and the inside of the case, but that isn't necessary.
