Marqs made an awesome HDMI mod for the CPS2 system but no one has made a mount yet cause the entire board just sits on some pins that sits on 2 ICs. Just too much pressure would be put when inserting and removing the HDMI cable, so this is what I came up with. It feels really solid to me, but you be the judge.
BOM - 1 - m3x16mm screw
1 - m3 x 5mm tall or less threaded insert
1 - m3x8mm screw
Print the clip as-is but print the base with supports as it'll need it.
install the threaded insert into the base.
Install the base under the DigitalAV board with the raised circle going into the opening in the Digital AV board. Everything should sit nicely now.
Use the M3 x 16mm screw in the opening to mount the board. I used this in my Jasen CPS2 case, but any m3 mount post in your setup will work.
Once it's screwed down solid, install the clip. It should fit into the opening and then use the M3x8mm screw to lock it down as shown in the picture.
