If you've got multiple sets of burrs around awaiting use, you either have the original boxes or bubble wrap or a foam box (like the Zerno foam box) to hold them. I don't like keeping original boxes around; often they are bulky and end up taking wear and breaking down; nor do I want to keep the whole Zerno box accessible just to switch burrs.

These printed burr boxes protect your burrs from knocking while also taking up less space, plus you can hang them on a post if you feel so inclined. I was inspired by a fellow EAFer with titan burrs in a similar printed box and made some for myself.

The original FreeCad file includes text that can be modified for a specific burr name. Ideally this would be printed with another color such as white, but I only have one extruder and one filament color. Included in this post are text models. To use these, bool them with the box top in the slicer. Make sure to orient the text correctly!

Blind burrs require a different model for the main case and separator. These are labeled in the file list.

All 64mm burrs I know of are three-hole-mounted burrs, and this box has enough clearance between the parts for some movement, so this box should fit any 64mm burrs. If you find a burr, like the 64mm Pro Brews, that don't fit, let me know!

I use PETG and print in 0.3-0.35mm layer height on a 0.6mm nozzle.
