This is part of my modular monitor riser ecosystem "DeskLoft", this cable storage add-on keeps cables, chargers, and small accessories off your desk and still easy to access.
It features tool-free installation and removal, and it's a non-permanent fixture. The mount is sized for boards roughly 19mm thick. (As my ecosystem is built around a normal pine 1x8 board from your local harware store.)

Features:
Tool-free thumb screw attachment — print the screw, no hardware needed
Fits boards ~19mm thick
Designed to integrate with the rest of the modular monitor riser system (links to other parts below)
Clean and simple storage
Print settings:
Walls: 2-3
Infill: 15% Gyroid (or whatever you prefer)
Supports: Yes, whichever you prefer. Only for the Cable Storage file. NOT NEEDED FOR THE THUMB SCREW.
Print orientation: Check the .3MF file.
Assembly: Slide the mount onto the edge of your board and hand-tighten the thumb screw until secure, no need to crank it down. No glue or additional hardware required.
