Did you lose or break the disc that helps keep your thread spool on or guide the thread out? Print one of these to replace it.
First try out the test sizes to find an option that fits the spool rod on your sewing machine, then print any of the diameters prepped for that spool rod size. I've provided discs matched to Gutermann 110m, 250m, and 1000m spools but they should work for other brands too. Just pick the size that's slightly larger than your spool.

Print with 3+ walls. I like PETG but you can probably use PLA, ABS, ASA, or TPU just fine.
