designed this 4.17-inch (106 mm) wall clamp to hold larger flexible dryer hoses securely against the wall or ceiling. Most standard 4-inch clamps were too tight, so this version provides the extra clearance needed without pinching the hose or restricting airflow.
It keeps the hose neatly aligned, prevents it from sagging, and stops it from disconnecting due to machine vibrations.
Material: PLA or PETG recommended
Perimeters / Walls: 2 walls for extra strength around the screw mounting hole.
Infill: 15%–20% ( Grid pattern works great).
Supports: Not required if oriented flat on the print bed.
Hardware: Designed to be mounted with standard drywall/wood screws, or with plastic wall plugs (anchors) if installing into concrete, brick, or masonry walls.
