I was annoyed by the edge of the floor tiles I got off ebay. The tooth profile and the height are customisable in the openscad file. It's parametric so cusomisation should be easy.
Print some test pieces before committing because every tooth profile is different...
Mine were these.
Print with at least 6 top and bottom layers and make sure they withstand whatever you are putting on them with test samples. If necessary print with 100% infill for high loads.
