A quick gutter mount designed around the People's Repeater mount.
UV-stable filament recommended (i.e. PETG)
I used paint-on supports as shown in the attached photos. (organic supports on bed only)
I needed to scrape the threads with a pointed object to clean them a bit, but overall wasn't an issue. The thread is tight, so I recommend an adjustable wrench and some silicone lubricant, working the bolt back and forth (creating some warmth), and getting the threads mated nicely. I don't expect it to come loose over time, and the silicone lubricant helps keep water/ice out.
The model could maybe use some adjustments to perfectly fit, but generally speaking, I'm happy with this first try. Also, open license to match Black Flag <3. Happy meshing!
Rev 1: Updates
- Added feature so that it can be used for both perpendicular to gutter, and parallel (on gutter end plate)
- Made the bolt longer. NOTE: please be careful, as the bolt head breaks off if the head is tightened up against the mount. Don't overtighten XD
- Adjusted the mount slot length to better match the Peoples Repeater Mount
