I included the .ino file so you can just flash it via Arduino IDE.
The data pin for the LED matrix is pin 6.
Potentiometers R, G, B are on pins 0, 1, 3 respectively
And the mode switch pulls pin 5 to GND when flipped
Ah, and the tripod mount points are 100x100mm
