This custom angled flat bar is designed to attach directly to your oscillating multi-tool to induce mechanical vibrations into various components. The specialized offset design transfers dense vibrational energy efficiently into the target object, making it highly versatile for applications like clearing blockages, settling materials, or mechanical testing.

Compatibility:

  • Multi-Tool Interface: Bosch Starlock mounting system

  • Application: Universal use for inducing mechanical vibration into components, parts, or assemblies.

Part list:

  • printed parts (features an optimized model variant with an enlarged footprint / brim area to maximize bed adhesion)

Print instruction:

  • material: PETG or Nylon (recommended for superior mechanical strength and durability under high-frequency stress)

  • supports: no

  • layer height: 0.2...0.32mm

  • nozzle diameter: 0.4mm or 0.6mm

  • brim: recommended (use the high-adhesion model variant if the part tends to warp or detach)

  • bed adhesion tip for Nylon: If you experience bed adhesion issues due to the high stress of warping, apply water-soluble Ponal Classic wood glue (diluted or as a thin film) directly onto the build plate to boost adhesion.

  • enclosure: recommended for Nylon, optional for PETG
