I wanted to make a scaled down version of truss rig like they use on auto show stands etc and so I did.

This takes a lot of time and filament to print, be sure to use 3dlac/hairspray on your bed if you're printing PLA

The 3mf called Truss_3rd_scale_project_P1S takes over 3 days to print with my "safe settings". I have move speed set to 250mm/s because I have gotten step loss earlier

The image of the assembly in Fusion takes about 250h to print and are about 6kg PLA for the trusses and 2kg of PETG for the pins and clips

Strength: It has some, but dont expect a lot. I printed my modules with 2 walls and 10% gyroid infill, but 3 walls might be better if you're gonna mount heavy stuff to it

The pin and clip are printed in PETG
