Protect your display with this simple case I created in SketchUp. It features a sleek and thin front bezel, compact footprint, and retains USB-C, HDMI, and 3.5mm connections. Simply print and assembly effortlessly without the need of screws or glue!
How to assemble:
Slice and print all 3 STLs (may not need support for frame depending on printer)
Attach the ribbon cable to the AMOLED panel and place the panel into inner most alignment guide in the frame (display side facing you and ribbon facing down and routed into ribbon cutout)
Take GARMIN screen protector and align with outmost alignment guide placing it onto the AMOLED display
Add the bezel to secure display / protector in place (snaps into place)
Insert the control board and connect the ribbon cable to control board
Add the back cover (snaps into place)
Enjoy :D
I may consider revising this version to include buttons built in to the back cover to control backlight / orientation and may also add speakers; let me know if that's something that interests you.
