This is the fifth and final version of my RC catamaran. It's designed for easy assembly, each hull section has tabs that slot into the next which makes lining everything up for gluing super easy. Before spray painting, I used body filler to smooth out the seams and any imperfections which massively improved the finish and makes the boat look great.
This boat hit 86 km/h (53mph) on just a single 4S battery! That beats any 4S RTR boat I could find and getting that kind of speed on a 6S ready to run boat means spending $500+ USD.

Which STL files to use
"Hull parts" folder: Some of these (Stern, Middle Back & Transom) include mounting holes specifically for the parts in the parts list. Use these if you're using the same parts as me.
"No holes" folder: these variations have no built in holes so print them instead if you want to use a different parts setup.
Assembled size
Length (excluding rudder) - 660mm
Width (hull) - 260mm
Height (including lid) - 120mm
More notes
The G-code files are sliced for an Ender 3 V3 SE.
I recommend starting with the CAT-V5 Slicer 3MF file.
The lid seal is optional. I printed mine in TPU.
Supports were used between the servo mount in the stern hull section and under the front end of the stand join.
Parts List
On the project webpage linked below I've listed everything needed to build the boat and set it up using the same motor setup that I used. If you're using different parts check out the list anyway as it includes some other important bits e.g. 2x M3 bolts to secure the lid.
