A screw-adjustable GPU anti-sag pillar shaped like a classical fluted column, with a square pedestal plinth and a Doric capital whose flat plate presses against the card's backplate. The two threaded halves adjust from roughly 68 to 94 mm; the included tall base (25 mm higher) covers 93 to 119 mm, and the extension sleeve between base and head reaches 119 to 171 mm. Sleeves also chain into each other and fit the tall base, so the height is practically unlimited. Prints without supports and turns a purely functional brace into a small piece of desk architecture.

How to use

- Print the base upright on its plinth; head and sleeve print on their wide flat ends. No supports needed.

- Recommended material: PETG, ASA/ABS or high-temp PLA - plain PLA can creep under hot GPU exhaust.

- 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, 3 perimeters, 20-30% infill; a brim helps on the taller parts.

- Brush the printed threads clean, then screw the head into the base by hand - no tools required.

- Stick a 25-30 mm self-adhesive rubber or silicone pad on the flat top plate to protect the backplate.

- Set the column slightly short, slide it under the GPU, then unscrew until it is just snug - do not jack the card up.

- Pick the parts for your gap: base + head 68-94 mm, tall base + head 93-119 mm, base + extension sleeve + head 119-171 mm. Need more? Use the tall base under the sleeve or screw several sleeves together (each adds about 51-77 mm). Keep at least 2.5 turns (~13 mm of thread) engaged at each joint.

Printing

- No supports needed. Print in the orientation of the file.

- Tested in the slicer: 0.2 mm layers, 15 % infill, PLA or PETG.
