I wasnt finding any good solution for holding my devices while lying in bed so I made this one for my ikea brimnes headboard.
I'm curently using it to hold my ebook kobo clara, my smartphone and my nintendo. Its very versatile and the ball joint design allows for large area of movement without using that much space.
You'll need to print:
x1 base
x1 arm
x1 holder part 1
x1 holder part 2
x2 ball
x2 nut
x2 thread
And then you'll need a rubber band to keep the holder together.
Some components are epoxy glued together.
a thread to the holder part 1
a ball to the arm
a thread to arm
a ball to the base
Important: position the threads around the balls before gluing them to the final position.
I've printed the majority of parts in petg white and the threads and nuts in asa black.
