I made this replacement model for my pipette's broken tip ejector. For 2.5uL and 20uL but can be modified for 10uL.

The two parts for the 2.5uL ejector can be assembled in your slicer by importing one as a “part” of the other.
The ejector model can likely be modified to fit the 10uL Research Plus pipettes by removing some of the “middle” section of the cone using a simple model program like Tinkercad or Microsoft 3D builder.
The pictured cones were printed in Colorfabb Glowfill PLA (because why not?)
