I made this charging port cover for my ebike because the original one broke.
You can print this cover with TPU. Ideally, you print it with the bolt symbol facing down. If you want to avoid the overhang, there is a version without the bolt.
The little pin is quite hard to insert into the hole, but it goes in with some force.
