I make a lot of stuff with these bearings, but getting the holders just right can be a pain. So I made this. I print at 40mm and 100% infill. Slow speed=accuracy. It will be a little big - the bearing drops in and can be held in place with CA glue. I find this easiest for me when leveling. In the slicer, I extend the Z-axis to make it as long as needed. For example, if you made it long enough you can add bearings at each end. I also add other components in the slicer and print as one piece, knowing for a fact the bearing will fit.

If you scale it down to 99% it will be a snug fit.

My photo shows the holder printed with the Z extended to 25mm. I slid one end over a 22mm post and slid the bearing in the other end. I ran a 7mm bolt through it and attached an insert that I later melted into a small turntable. I use this to manually rotate models for painting and 3D scanning.
