Very simple card suits buttons. The dimensions are slightly different between models to adjust the feeling of them being similar in size after printing.
Print them at your best settings, these are printed at 0,12mm on an Ender 3 v2 with PLA. They will eventually be washed at 30°C in a washing machine but they won't go in a dryer, so in case just change the material (I believe PETG should work fine for a dryer).
After a bit of sanding, I painted them with nail polish: first with a transparent base coat (with 2 or 3 applications, depending on the surface defects), then with 2 or 3 applications with the colored polish.
You can try to print them with colored PLA, I didn't like the finish on mine so I decided to paint them anyway.
I tried some other solutions for coloring, like acrylic paint+fixative and resin coating, but they had issues with stickiness (the first) and uneven surface distribution (the latter). Nail polish for me was the simplest and quickest solution, after some washing cycles the buttons are still in perfect condition and they didn't stain the shirt.
