I started this remix because I had quite many broken carpenter meters at hand (like many of you I suppose).
Minor adaptations of the initial design:
- adapted the main guide dimension to fit a carpenter meter (15mm wide and 3mm thick)
- added a groove to the transversal part to get a tight locking of the meter
- extended the main body's front side to provides slightly better visibility (the locking nuts are not in the way any longer) and rigidity (questionable)
- add caps to the knobs
