Instructions

The base level of parts are (2) files that print the core of the spool to attach to a standard tripod. For additional consideration a standard 6.35mm (1/4") diameter hole for additional mounting options. The core is a two piece print that creates a small storage container, 17mm (.6") deep with a 40mm (1.5") diameter.
Example: 12 full size SD cards fit.

If your drone does not fit on the spool then print (4) parts that create an exterior ring for additional surface area. These parts will snap fit into the spool in the following orientation. The smaller pieces attach at the top (12 o'clock) and the bottom (6 o'clock) location. The two larger pieces connect to the left and right respectively. You can add a small amount of cyanoacrylate (super glue) or small zip ties to further secure the extension ring and core.

If the drone has landing skids you can mount the spool upside down, screw the lid on have different landing area.
