I designed this inlays for accesories for my CNC-Router. All inlays are designed for making on a CNC router, but you can also print them out. The size is made for a half L-Boxx 102 inlay. Maybe I publish this design later, its not digital…

The project contains currently 3 different inlays: 

  1. For router bits from aliexpress (e.g. dreanique bits https://de.aliexpress.com/item/32808982522.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.1.6f9e7568lcEwRq&algo_pvid=f8cb447d-6e3a-4b43-bc99-ea5655dd9405&algo_exp_id=f8cb447d-6e3a-4b43-bc99-ea5655dd9405-0&pdp_ext_f=%7B%22sku_id%22%3A%2210000015021858833%22%7D&pdp_npi=2%40dis%21EUR%214.01%212.33%21%21%21%21%21%402100b77316754781126315275d0712%2110000015021858833%21sea&curPageLogUid=LOgXOtO1iiO8
  2. For router bits from HC-Maschienentechnik, especially the Life Latitudes Starter https://hc-maschinentechnik.de/Life-Latitudes-Fraeser-Starterse (one of the inserts is a little wider then a other one to fit the 45deg router bit
  3. For 10 ER16 collets and some additional space for USB-Drive or similar 
    (Drawing for making a laser graving on the part like I did is included)

Das sind verschiedene Einlagen für CNC-Zubehör. Die Breite und Länge ist so angepasst das Sie in eine halbes Inlay einer L-Boxx passen. Das Design für das Inlay wird eventuell später veröffentlicht, ich habe es nicht digitalisiert.

Es gibt aktuell 3 Einlagen:

  1. Für Fräser von Aliexpress/Chinafräser (z.B. (e.g. dreanique Fräser https://de.aliexpress.com/item/32808982522.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.1.6f9e7568lcEwRq&algo_pvid=f8cb447d-6e3a-4b43-bc99-ea5655dd9405&algo_exp_id=f8cb447d-6e3a-4b43-bc99-ea5655dd9405-0&pdp_ext_f=%7B%22sku_id%22%3A%2210000015021858833%22%7D&pdp_npi=2%40dis%21EUR%214.01%212.33%21%21%21%21%21%402100b77316754781126315275d0712%2110000015021858833%21sea&curPageLogUid=LOgXOtO1iiO8
  2. Für Fräser von HC-Maschienentechnik, besonders das Life Latitudes Starter Set https://hc-maschinentechnik.de/Life-Latitudes-Fraeser-Starterse (eine Vertiefung ist etwas größer damit auch der 45 Grad Fräser passe)
  3. Für 10 ER16 Spannzangen von Amazon o.ä.
    Eine Zeichnung um die Laserbeschriftung so zu erstellen wie ich es getan habe ist ebenfalls downloadbar)
