I made another hose mender and although that one does work I have some cheapo HF hose clamps which end up bending while I try to tighten down all the way.
This hose mender will fix standard garden hose with 5/8" ID. If needed larger or smaller just use a tool like Cura and re-size entire object proportionately.
Inside hole for water flow is 8mm. The primary "pipe" diameter is 12mm with large bumps at the top and bottom being 14mm.
I printed at 0.3mm mm and 100% infill and brim. I am able to severely tighten down the cheapo HF hose clamps without bending and getting no leaks at all.
