The Idea:
- fits a whole pack of 20 tea bags (small boxes fit 10 each)
- modular and stackable
- easy to print with minimal material and supports
- tee display on the outside
- finger hook for easy access
Design Process:

- the notch allows a bag of tee to be slid in and be held in front of the tee box to display it's content
- the hook is useful to grab the box from a shelf and is printable without support

- the bottom of the box has a bridge in the middle to make the bottom print cleaner by halving the bridging distance
- if it droops a lot, you can remove it afterward and get an even cleaner result
- you might need to change Bridging angle to 90°, so the bridging connects the shorter sides after doing the long beam in the middle

- the bottom ridge is for interconnect the boxes while stacking
- the ridge is split in two, so the big box can be put on two small boxes

- so two small boxes (one without finger hook and display) can be stacked on a big box or the other way around
- same for the lid, that keeps your tee from running away
Overall dimensions:
Big Box:
| weight | height | width | depth |
| 53 g | 80 mm | 65 mm | 130 mm |
Small Box:
| weight | height | width | depth |
| 34 g | 80 mm | 65 mm | 73 mm |
Small Box Back:
| weight | height | width | depth |
| 31 g | 80 mm | 65 mm | 56 mm |
Box Lid:
| weight | height | width | depth |
| 12 g | 4 mm | 65 mm | 112 mm |
Print recommendations:
- PLA
- 0.4 Nozzle 0.24 mm layer height
- 100% Infill
- no supports (the hook works without, but might look better with some painted on supports)
- (gcode overview in the header represents one Big Box)
Orientations:
- it might seem non-intuitive, but the print direction is with the bottom of the boxes facing up
- this way the hook and display notch don't need support and the interlocking feature on the bottom can be added
Post Processing:
- depending on how good your bridging is you may want to remove some loose strands of the sacrificial middle bridge, everything else should be clean as is
