I found this jewel case wall mount and modified it to fit digipaks.
The maker photos is a side by side of the Gatefold-4 and a Digipak-4 so you can see the size difference. I managed to use a DIgipak-4 for a 6-panel Gatefold case but ymmv.

Digipak 4
4-panel Gatefold - Square, Rectangle
6-panel Gatefold
Sleeve
Print Settings:
15% infill - This seems robust enough and wont break with normal use
.24mm layer height (I used a .6mm nozzle for most of these but a .4mm nozzle will work just fine)
