UPDATE 24.11.2023
Thanks to the feedback from “chochi3D” i was able to optimize the overall stability of this spoolholder.
The following changes helped improving the stability:
- using 2 bearings for the one-sided mounting option (can also be used for two sided option of course)
- reuploaded all parts with higher stl resolution, which should lead to better optics and due to better surfaces also a better bearing seat
- uploaded all important bearing parts now with different fitting options in order to fit your individual environment
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Overview:
Modular spoolholder with integrated bearings, that provides the following:
- reduce friction for filament pull
- different spool width and inner diameter possible
- different mounting possibilities (added "raw" adapter as step for custom solutions)
- fast and easy spool change
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Technical Data:
- inner clamping diameter: 53mm - 84mm
- spool - width: 70mm max. with holder x 90mm
- spool - width: 90mm max. with holder x 110mm
