I needed quick access for some of my equipment that I use for 3d printing but I didn't have a lot of space. I have have a small apartment so my dresser is right next to my computer where I do most of my work. So using some strong double sided tape I mounted these calipers to my dresser and boom, quick access tool. I used tape because I don't have any screws for wood and I already had this tape laying around. It works very well for small things, like this, while leaving minimal to no damage after being removed.
I printed this vertically with supports on.
