This is a hybrid lithophane where the frame requires a color change at 3.0, or one can elect to make the numbers opaque as well so only the clock face glows. Others may want to design a frame for the back to house an LED strip and supporting clockworks.
At this point, the clockface does not even have a hole for the clock works. If you want to take it further, I'd love to see how it evolves, or if you just want to run with the idea and make a totally new design that is cool too. If you need a clock, why have a boring one? ;)
