A friend asked me to design these 2 parts for him. The solutions that we found online weren't what we were looking for.

I used Fusion 360 to model this and I printed it on a Bambu X1C. I used Filaplast 3D matte antracite grey PETG filament.
I used 0,16 mm optimal profile and in Bambu slicer I only adjusted a few settings:
- Wall loops (perimeters): 4
- Sparse infill density: 25%
- Infill/wall overlap: 25%
- For the smaller part I also enabled “Detect thin walls” so it doesn't make a mess around the 2 small holes by the side
- For the bigger part I enabled brim to be on the safe side
I printed the parts upside-down, no supports are needed ("exclamation mark !" should be wrong way - up for printing).
Clearance between parts was modeled to be 0,05 mm and it slides great!
You will also need a few extra parts to make this work:
- 2x M3 brass inserts (I used M3 x 5,7 mm by CNC Kitchen)
- 5x M4 brass inserts (I used M4 x 8,1 mm by CNC Kitchen)
- 1 or 2 screws with a larger grip (not sure how to describe this, see the green screw on photos) - thread length should be 10 to 11 mm max!
Happy printing and engraving/cutting!
edit:
The small notch was handmade on the part on photo, I've fixed the 3D model to include the notch now as well!
