Lid is printed top-down (it is oriented that way in the STL). You may want to print the first layer of the lid at a very low speed. I printed it at 10mm/s. This will help make sure the icon details come out cleanly, while only adding a small amount of time to the print.
No supports required. I printed this with 0.2mm layer height, 5 top and 4 bottom layers, 3 perimeters, and 10% infill. There is very little infill in this model. You could print this entirely solid for very little extra filament and time.
I've include a solid lid, in case anyone wants that. I've also included the parametric FreeCAD file, in case anyone wants to make modifications.
