I love my Tiny Tina. However, I was going crazy every time I had to exchange the destroyed propguards. Beside that there were some more things that annoyed me, so here is my take on a more improved, more robust version.

Base: I added a different way to join Base and Top. Just use 2 zipties as before, but use them on the left and right side of the frame. This way the zipties do not harm the soldered connections at the ESCs, which was a serious problem for me. There is a small "F" on it, pointing to the front of your vehicle.

Camera mount: I was not able to use the original way of mounting the camera holder to the top. If I used the ziptie from the top, it was causing the camera not to fit anymore. If I used it from the bottom, the zipties were forcing some good pressure against a connector on top of my flytower. The new camera holder fixes this.

Top and Propguard: most important improvement: I lost several propguards during my flights, I guess the guards did their job. However, mounting new ones meant always replacing the whole top, and therefore unmounting camera holder and battery holder, removing the zipties and all that hassle. So I made two parts out of the top. If you ever break the (btw more robust) propguard, just print a new one and fix it without the need of pulling the whole Tina apart. There are small "F"s on it, pointing to the front of your vehicle.

Steps to replace the propguard:

print a new one
cut those two zipties connecting propguard and top
remove old propguard
add new propguard
use 2 zipties to connect these parts again.

Again, no need to pull apart the whole thing again and again

Added weight compared to the original: 9 gramms

Print instructions

2 shells, 3 at top/bottom, 5% cubic infill - that's it. Forget about rafts or support. No need for fancy stuff, standard PLA does the job.
