This is my first ever published mode, so every bit of feedback is embraced!
The holder consist of two parts- the holder and the tray. Tolerances in between the parts have been made to work for even the worst prints.
I suggest printing at a lower layer height, (eg. 0.16mm) if possible. This way the latch that keeps the pieces together is more smooth and won't “jam” so much. I have tried with 0.16mm and 0.2mm layer heights and can feel a bit of a difference, but overall it holds together either way, so you won't lose you precious card and it's contents!
