I lost a foot for my Ikea foldable table MÄLARÖ and needed a replacement. Inspired by Fedhats clever design I created a parametric model in Fusion 360.
With the file you can create end caps for any dimension and thickness.
The gcode and 3mf is for a 20mm square pipe with an inner dimension of ~17mm.

This is v2, v1 was without constraints and could not be resized… simple model but great lesson in constraints!
Lesson learned when printing: its better to create a larger insert (the #-shaped piece that goes inside the square pipe). If it doesn't fit, just remove some material with a knife or file.
