These are Holders for the WS2821B LED Strips they have a grove on the bottom/ top dependending on how you hold them ; ) to allow the strip to sit in.
There are multiple versions available if you like one better than the other.
I have added a 0,4mm version. The Model files without any numbers are with a 0,3 mm grove which holds the strips pretty tight ( I only have strips which were never used before so they stil have the adhesive on the back).
