I've been using these printed in PETG for the better part of a year without issue.
Replacing the altitude lever-knob
This is a drop in replacement. Start by removing the original lever and spring by unscrewing the internal screw. The replacement knob is a tight fit but should still be able to be pressed on, and is secured using the same internal screw.
Replacing the azimuth knobs and rear altitude knob
You will need to find replacement bolts. I ordered mine from mcmaster: https://www.mcmaster.com/products/metric-stainless-steel-hex-head-cap-screws/super-corrosion-resistant-316-stainless-steel-hex-head-screws/ (item 93635A547). Specifically, the bolts are M12 x 1.75mm, 80mm long.
Stock bolts are rounded which is maybe important so I rounded mine on a belt sander. It's worth noting that other replacement knobs you can find by searching around are often not rounded so YMMV.
The printed knobs are friction fit but just to be safe I secured mine with a bit of CA glue.
