I remixed a model that mounted the sensor on the outside of the fan to go between the fan and heatsink so it was closer to the nozzle. Got tired of trying to shoehorn a BLTouch onto a Hemera XS Revo and having it be 50+mm away in both X and Y axes. Wiring is easier on a Duet tool board also. Works great for me. I ended up putting some Kapton tape on the back of the sensor for a little heat shielding. The original fan screws aren't long enough, so I replaced the entire mount screws with M3 45mm screws to hold the entire heatsink assembly on the Hemera motor. Offsets are around -9 on X and 0 on Y. Always measure your own, though!
