I wanted to put a Schlage Encode plus on an outdoor gate, but that leaves the part intended to be inside out exposed to the elements. After many designs, I ended up with two pieces. That allows you to mount the back under the lock, then slide the cover over. The cover has a spot for some M3 nuts, to facilitate some small screws to hold it in place. I printed this in PET-CF, and it seems to be water tight at least. Probably won't protect the lock forever, but hopefully will help it live longer outside.
