The battery door on one of my computer mice got lost, luckily I have a few more of the same model so I could measure the door and make a new one.

This was a tricky model to design because of all the curves, I scanned another door with a document scanner, imported the image into SketchUp and traced over the lines.

The original design has some really tiny details, I had to scale up a few parts so they can be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, if I had a smaller nozzle I would have probably used it.

The door isn't a perfect fit, it takes just a little bit of sanding and cleanup but it's close enough for me.

Print with 100% infill, no support, in ABS (there are some really tiny flexible areas that wil probably break in PLA)

Designed in SketchUp, fixed with Microsoft 3D Builder, sliced with Cura and printed on a Robo 3D R1+
