I wanted something that I could put in different vases that I printed out for people where they could have everything needed to turn on and off the light as well and an easy way to change the battery.
All in one LED, battery, switch, module for homemade tea lights. Only one extra wire required and some krazy glue/epoxy for sticking the two parts together.
Instructions
Print out the module.stl which contains two parts for assembly (have printed it in PLA, 25% infil with 2 perimeters).
SCAD file is attached to make changes at your liesure.
Parts used in my version:
CR2032 battery holder: http://shop.evilmadscientist.com/productsmenu/partsmenu/537
Switch: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9609
10mm RGB LED (cycling, slow): https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11452
I had these laying around from different projects but it looks like this coin cell holder could work as well (with some SCAD tweaking): https://www.sparkfun.com/products/8822
Used one segment of ethernet wire to connect the negative terminal to the switch, everything else was direct from LED lead to switch/battery terminal, no glue or epoxy was used to hold the switch in, it snapped in pretty easily.
