This is a standard dog bone insulator for wire antennas.
The insulator printed at 100% scale is 1 1/4 inches long by 5/8 inches wide. The hole is about 3/16 inch in diameter - which is just big enough for a piece of paracord.
The FreeCAD file is attached. It is a little messy, since I was trying some new techniques. But, feel free to remix it!
