This handle allows you to more easily pull your scooter in its folded form rather than having to carry it. Its consists of two clamps that attach a bar/tube to your handlebar to be used as grip. The clamps are designed with 22mm diameter holes on each side. The clamps are slim enough to fit in between throttle/bell and each handlebar.
Parts list (for entire handle):
- 2x upper clamp (printed)
- 2x lower clamp (printed)
- 8x M3 thread insert
- 1x 22mm bar/tube
- electrical tape or similar
Note:
The central part is raised to achieve a better clamping force. So don't forget support when printing the parts upright. Otherwise just print them laying on the side, should make them stronger anyway.
Assembly:
- Print the parts
- Seat 4x M3 inserts in each lower clamp (yellow)
- wrap the handlebar with a layer of tape
- tighten the outer screws first (blue)
- then tighten the inner ones to clamp to the bar (red)
