This is my first frame design. When I designed it my goals were :
- The quietest in flight
- The lowest vibration
- Compatible with DJI Vista (because that what I use on all my drones)
I achieved the low noice by making it the lightest possible combine with what would be consider low KV motors. I use 1404 2900KV motors on 4s for 3inch props.
The spec of the frame :
- 2.5mm single bottom plate (for the weight)
- 1.5mm Top plate with 20x20 mounting hole for a Vista air unit
- 140mm Wheel base
- 20x20 and 25.5x25.5 monting holes
- TPU camera mount only
- Micro size camera compatible
- DJI O3 not compatible
- 9mm and 12mm motors hole spacing (3x M2)
- 2 stand-off M2x25
- 1 stand-off M3x25
- Weight < 27g (with stack screw and TPU)
I forgot to weight the frame naked. I'll add it later ;-)
