I love the Knog Lil Cobber lights but they have a really annoying flaw. The lights sometimes turn on by mistake when chucked in a bag. You then realised you are out of battery when you need them the most.
The case has actually 3 benefits:
- It prevents the lights from turning on when stored
- It keeps the two lights together in one place, they have an awkward shape so they are hard to store nicely, the case solves this
- It protect the lights, I had one light failure due to the charging USB bit sticking out breaking (it is a weak point). In the case there won't be any stress on this fragile bit.
It is a very functional product, I didn't want to use too much material hence the thin walls and the hollow centre piece. Optimized for 3D printing with minimum amount of supports.
