This jig can help you drill perfectly placed perpendicular holes in a speaker or subwoofer baffle.

Includes a parametric Fusion 360 model that can be customized to your project and an stl that is configured for a GSG Audio BTS sub enclosure with a 21" LaVoce driver mounted with ¼" threaded inserts (utilizing a ⅜" threaded insert hole).

Recommend printing upright (as pictured) using bed supports.

Jig use:

  1. Use drill bit to widen jig's drill guide if drill bit does not fit
  2. Place speaker into cutout hole and trace each mounting hole onto baffle face
  3. Remove speaker
  4. Align edge of jig to center of traced mounting hole circle and scribe line down thickness of baffle
  5. Align jig's center viewing window to scribed line
  6. Clamp jig in place
  7. Drill hole using jig's drill guide
